When you switch off Webwise, the warnings you now receive before you browse to fraudulent “phishing” sites will stop, and you will no longer receive ads that are more targeted to your interests. You will still see banner ads on the websites you visit.

As a reminder, you should not delete the "Webwise.net" cookie, so Webwise will remain switched off. Alternatively, you can tell your browser to add "webwise.net" to its blocked sites list.
